10.15 – 11.00   Walk from edge of Upper Seeds to the Wytham Chalet, with Tonya Lander talking about pollinators at Wytham Woods.

11.00 – 11.30   Tea and coffee at the Wytham Chalet.

11.30 – 12.30     Outdoor writing, with Sarah Watkinson

12.30 – 13.30   Lunch

13.30 – 15.00   Poetry workshop in the Wytham Chalet with Jenny Lewis of The Poet’s House Oxford

Please meet at Wytham Woods car park at 9.30. We will walk up through the Woods to the Wytham Chalet. Parking at the Chalet is available for those who are unable to do the walk but would like to join the writing session and poetry workshop.

SciPo is an annual meeting of scientists and poets to explore the creative common ground between poetry and science. It was founded by Jenny Lewis and Sarah Watkinson, and is supported by St Hilda’s College. The Wytham Soundscape to Wordscape Project is a special event of the 2019 TORCH SciPo Network, supported by The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities.
