Wytham Woods will be marking Oxfordshire Artweeks with a series of events organised by its Artists in Residence, Robin Wilson and Rosie Fairfax-Cholmeley.
Starting this weekend, visitors will be able to enjoy everything from operatic arias to beautifully-made pots and prints.
The programme of events is as follows:

12 May, 7pm: Full performance of ‘Sister Angelica’ by Puccini, performed at the Wytham Chalet by Opera Anwhere. Book via operaanywhere.com. There will be a pop-up café.
12-20 and 26-28 May, 11am-6pm: Drop-in courses, demonstrations, and original print sales at the Wytham Studio.
12-19 May, 11am-6pm: Exhibition of ceramics, print, and mixed media at the Wytham Studio.
Another event will see John Blandy return as one of the Woods’ Artists in Residence, setting up his workshop at the Sawmill so visitors can see a selection of his remarkable pictures of trees and other natural features, many of which he has been observing closely for years. He will be there between 11am and 6pm from 12-20 May.
